Pedro Costa decides not to continue at Esgueira
Pedro Costa, an essential figure in the history of Esgueira over the last 30 years, will not continue at the Aveiro club next season. Diário de Aveiro knows that it was the coach himself who made the decision not to stay at Esgueira for another season and that his decision has already been communicated to the club's board, led by Rui Mourinho. This brings to an end a very long cycle of Pedro Costa at Esgueira, first as a player (although he represented Galitos in the last three years of his career), then as a coach, a role he took on in 1987/88, precisely at the Esgueira club, as assistant coach of the juniors and head coach of the juniors.
