Another architectural monument of federal significance has found an owner in Yaroslavl

The outbuilding with the carriage house of the Polushkin estate on Sovetskaya Street was purchased by the Moscow company OOO Sfera for almost 13 million rubles.
This is already the second building acquired by Muscovites. A little earlier, Sfera became the owner of the Government Offices building on Sovetskaya Square, where they plan to open a hotel complex after restoration.
The restoration of the outbuilding with the carriage house – and this is a historical building from the second half of the 19th century, currently without a roof, with significant deformations of the foundation and destroyed window openings – will take place within the framework of the pilot program of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the House of Culture of the Russian Federation.
