Father is a scoundrel

The trial of the 29-year-old man was held behind closed doors. The judge announced the sentence, which was expected because the penalty under paragraph 4 of Article 121 provides only for life imprisonment.

“The court found the defendant guilty of committing a criminal offense and sentenced him to life imprisonment,” read out the verdict the judge of the specialized inter-district court for criminal cases of the North Kazakhstan region, Erlan NURSHARYP.

At the same time, as paradoxical as it may sound in this situation, he was given a lifelong ban on holding teaching positions related to working with minors. The court's press service did not comment on the sentence.

It is known about the defendant that he is officially not married, was born in Almaty, lived in the village of Beskol in the Kyzylzhar district of the North Kazakhstan region, and worked as a chief specialist in a social entrepreneurship corporation.

That is, the person had a certain status in society and was raised in an intelligent family. His father is well known in the region. He worked in the civil service for many years.

The defendant's father did not come to the reading of the verdict. His other relatives were in the courtroom. They reacted calmly to the verdict.

“To recover from the defendant compensation for moral damages in the amount of 3,000,000 tenge,” the judge added.

The verdict has not entered into legal force. The rapist father has 15 days to file an appeal.
