Penza Region State Property Ministry Official Punished for Delaying Public Service

The Penza Region Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection at the regional Ministry of State Property and found a violation of the deadlines for the provision of public services.

It was established that the ministry considered the citizen’s application to transfer agricultural land to another category with a delay of 11 days – the applicant waited 71 days for the service to be provided instead of the required 60.

As reported by the press service of the supervisory authority, for violating the procedure for providing public services, the official of the ministry was brought to administrative responsibility (part 1.1 of article 5.63 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) in the form of a warning.

In addition, the prosecutor's office made a submission to the chairman of the regional government, after which the department's work was adjusted.
