The head of the federal public reception office of the Union of Gardeners of Russia, Lyudmila Buryakova, said that Russians face a fine for improperly preparing shashlik. Her words are quoted by RIA Novosti .
The expert reminded that cooking shashlik on an open fire is allowed only at a distance of five meters from the house. And if the fire safety rules are violated, summer residents face a fine of five to 15 thousand rubles.
"In this case, you need to clear the land nearby up to two meters. But if you violate fire safety regulations when grilling shashlik, you will be warned about the violation and may be fined 5-15 thousand rubles," she threatened.
Biryukova added that when a special fire safety regime is in effect in a region, Russians are not given an order, but are immediately fined between 10 and 20 thousand rubles.
Earlier, a doctor spoke about the hidden harm of store-bought shashlik. Aleksandr Umnov, a lecturer at the Department of Surgery at the Medical Faculty of the State University of Education, clarified that cheap shashlik can lead to toxic hepatitis.
