As reported by the Minister of the Moscow Government, the head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Urban Development Policy and Construction of the Capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky, the modern building will appear on Krzhizhanovskogo Street, its total area will be over 40 thousand square meters.
"The new building will consist of two sections, including 368 apartments. Nine apartments will be adapted for people with limited mobility. Currently, work on pouring the foundation slab is being completed," the press service of the Department of Urban Development Policy quotes Ovchinsky as saying.
Ovchinsky added that the new building will be equipped with modern elevators, entrances with navigation and functional areas: concierges, light lobbies, postal areas, storage rooms for bicycles and strollers. The adjacent territory will also meet modern requirements - with sports and children's playgrounds and active landscaping. Public transport stops, educational and medical institutions, a park and squares for walks are located near the residential complex. Residents can walk to the Profsoyuznaya metro station.
Let us recall that the renovation program was approved in 2017. According to it, about a million residents from 5,176 houses will receive modern housing.
