The perpetrators of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall immediately after the attack received 135 thousand rubles from an unidentified accomplice to flee Russia, according to case materials available to RIA Novosti.

As noted, on March 22, 2024, immediately after the terrorist attack, an unidentified member of the criminal group transferred funds to the card of one of the terrorists in the amount of at least 135 thousand rubles to ensure their escape from the territory of the Russian Federation.

As previously reported, citing the testimony of the accused, the perpetrators were supposed to reach Kyiv after the crime, where they were expected to receive a million rubles each, and in the Bryansk region they were met by an “escort group” for transfer to Ukraine.

The terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall (Krasnogorsk) occurred on March 22, 2024: the attackers shot visitors with machine guns and set the hall on fire. 147 people were killed, 336 were injured, and three are missing. The damage was estimated at 5.7 billion rubles.

The criminal case was sent to the 2nd Western District Military Court for consideration on the merits.
