Specialists from the solar astronomy laboratory at IKI and ISTP have published data on geomagnetic disturbances, which show that the magnetosphere has remained in an excited state for 24 hours.
The level of disturbances reached the level of a weak geomagnetic storm several times, but did not rise higher.
During geomagnetic storms, one should pay closer attention to physical activity and diet, although such recommendations apply to a lesser extent to weak and even moderate disturbances.
