Defender Golovnya leaves Tambov Spartak

Defender Aleksandr Golovnya has left the Tambov Spartak team. This was reported by the press service of the red-whites.

The defender joined the Tambov team in the summer of 2023. During this time, he played 58 matches for the team, scoring twice and making two assists.

Head coach Mikhail Pilipko announced that Golovnya would be leaving Spartak at a press conference after the game with Rotor-2 in the 12th round of Leon Second League B (3:0).

“There is a decision by the management and the coaching staff – we will terminate contracts based on sports results by mutual agreement of the parties,” the coach noted.

There was also talk about midfielders Artem Korzhunov and Evgeny Evgenyev, but their departure was not officially announced.

They were previously suspended from the main squad after the game in Penza against Zenit in the 11th round (0:0). The decision was explained by the players' inappropriate behavior and their salary demands.
