Lipetsk Region Acquires Two New Masters of Sports

The Lipetsk Region now has two more masters of sports. The corresponding title was awarded to the fellow countrymen by order of the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation, President of the Russian Olympic Committee Mikhail Degtyarev.

According to document No. 88 NG dated May 13, 2025, Lipetsk residents Viktor Lukinskikh and Oleg Shten were recognized as masters of sports. The first is engaged in belt wrestling, the second - in oriental martial arts.

The regional Ministry of Sports congratulated the boys and reminded them that the title of “Master of Sports of Russia” is awarded for fulfilling the rank standard, participating in official competitions and achieving high sports results.

Earlier, MK in Lipetsk reported that the award ceremony for “Athlete of the Month” and “Athlete of the Year” took place in the regional center.
