Dinçer Azaphan's father, Tuncay Azaphan, founder of Tunç Holding, has passed away. It was learned that Azaphan will be buried following the funeral prayer at the Ömer Duruk Mosque in the 5th Section of Ataköy following the noon prayer. In a statement released on Tunç Holding's official social media account, it was stated:

"OUR SAD LOSS As the Tunç Holding family, we are deeply saddened. We are experiencing the deep sorrow of losing our Founder and Honorary President, our esteemed elder, Tuncay Azaphan, on July 10, 2025. Mr. Tuncay Azaphan's funeral will be held tomorrow (Friday, July 11, 2025) at the Ömer Duruk Mosque in the 5th Section of Ataköy, following the noon prayer. We offer our condolences and offer our deepest sympathies to his esteemed family, loved ones, and all our colleagues.

May his soul rest in peace and his place be in heaven."
