Heavy snow warning from Meteorology to 2 cities

Snowfall has lost its effect in most parts of the country. Temperatures will rise in the interior and west of the country as of today.
The General Directorate of Meteorology issued yellow and orange code precipitation warnings for two provinces.
Heavy snowfall will be effective in Artvin and Rize today. Snowfall will continue until the evening hours in the north of these two provinces.
It is requested that people be careful and take precautions against negativities such as transportation disruptions, icing, frost and avalanche danger. In addition, there is a warning that there will be haze and fog in places.
What will the weather be like in the 3 major cities?Snowfall is not expected in Ankara and Istanbul this week. The highest temperature in the capital on Friday will be 11 degrees.
The weather in Istanbul will be partly cloudy throughout the week. Thermometers will show 13 degrees on the weekend.
In Izmir, showers are expected today, Thursday and Friday, and temperatures will rise to 18 degrees in the middle of the week.
Meteorology warns of "agricultural frost"The General Directorate of Meteorology has also issued an agricultural frost warning for some regions. Until the weekend, agricultural frost is expected in Central Anatolia, the Inner Aegean and Lake Regions, the inner parts of the Black Sea region and Eastern Anatolia.
