Karagümrük president leaves Fenerbahçe match with poisonous words

Fatih Karagümrük faces Fenerbahçe away in Week 9 of the Süper Lig. Fenerbahçe holds a 2-1 lead in the match, which is being played at Chobani Stadium.

Fenerbahçe's goals were scored by Talisca (P) in the 23rd minute and Marco Asensio in the 41st minute. Karagümrük's goal was scored by Serginho in the 59th minute.

“HE WAS UNDER PRESSURE”

Fatih Karagümrük President Süleyman Hurma, angered by the refereeing decisions, left the stadium during halftime. In his statement, Süleyman Hurma said:

"Is this how a referee should be, is this how a match should be officiated? Fenerbahçe players constantly warned their fans to put the referee under pressure. And the referee was under pressure. Don't ask me if it was a penalty, the whole of Turkey saw it. Not only that situation, but he didn't use his cards against his opponent either."
