Umrah award-winning "Youth and Family Academy" from Genç Memur-Sen

The courses, which will be given by experts in their fields, will be held online and will take place between 21:30 and 23:00 on Mondays and Thursdays. Participants in the program are required to attend classes, and five people between the ages of 18 and 35 who complete the academy will be selected by lot and awarded with Umrah.

The target audience of the academy consists of individuals who are preparing to start a family or have already started a family, as well as young people who believe in the importance of the family institution and are sensitive to society and people.

FAMILY IS THE FOUNDATION OF A STRONG SOCIETY

Genç Memur-Sen General President Mesut Emre Balcı stated that declaring 2025 as the Year of the Family is an important step and emphasized that this process imposes serious responsibilities on them. Balcı drew attention to the fact that the concept of family is the fundamental building block of society and said, "The most important institution where an individual's character is shaped and their perception of life and the world is formed is the family. However, today the concept of family is under great threat. While an attempt is being made to create a society without identity, personality and gender, they are trying to raise generations that have lost their memories."

Balcı, who stated that the "Youth and Family Academy" organized in this direction will meet an important need, said that they believe that the results of the project will benefit all of humanity. Reminding that they have received great interest with the Jerusalem and Balkan Academies they have previously organized, Balcı noted that they will continue to produce projects that meet the expectations and needs of young people.

Young people who attend the academy will be eligible to participate in the draw when they meet the attendance requirement. Five people will be determined as a result of the draw and will be awarded with Umrah. Genç Memur-Sen aims to provide young people with an important experience both academically and spiritually with this award.
