Greece 's leading artist Konstantinos Argiros gave his first concert in Turkey last night at the Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open Air Theatre, organized by Sinkron Management Consultancy with the slogan "First Time in Turkey!"

Argiros' fans in Türkiye showed great interest in the concert, which was held to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Private Zapyon Greek School and for which all tickets were sold out days in advance.

Among those who came to watch the concert were many famous names such as Fener Greek Patriarch Bartholomeos, Ziynet Sali, Nilgün Belgün and Fadik Sevin Atasoy.

“Türkiye MADE ME VERY EMPHONY”

Speaking to the press before the concert , Konstantinos Argiros said, "I'm so happy to be performing in Turkey for the first time. I knew my friends and acquaintances were here, but I didn't know I'd have such a large audience and friends. This truly touched me. I'd like to thank everyone. Of course, we expected a great response, but we didn't expect this much. We were under a tremendous amount of stress, so everyone will be having a blast here today."

HE RECEIVED GREAT ACCLAIMS WITH HIS SONGS.

Argiros took the stage after Greek singer Afroditi Chatzimina performed songs in Turkish and Greek, and continued the concert without interruption until midnight. He delivered unforgettable moments to the audience with his most beloved songs, including "Eleftheros," "Ti na to kano," "Elpida," "Paraskevi Proi," and "S'Agapao Giati." In memory of the evening, the audience received handkerchiefs bearing the inscription "Konstantinos Argiros." Argiros, whose energy and friendly demeanor on stage were highly acclaimed, mingled with his fans backstage after the concert.

PROCEEDS WERE DONATED TO ZAPYON GREEK SCHOOL

The concert, advertised with the slogan "First Time in Turkey!", was organized specifically to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Zapyon Greek Private School. All proceeds from the evening were donated to the school to support its educational and cultural projects.
