A driver who ran a red light in Beylikdüzü caused an accident.

The incident occurred around 11:00 a.m. yesterday on Yavuz Sultan Selim Boulevard in the Adnan Kahveci neighborhood of the Beylikdüzü district. According to reports, the driver of a car, continuing to drive through a red light, crashed into a passenger minibus that had just passed a green light. Fortunately, there were no fatalities or injuries. The accident was captured second by second by the dashcam of another car waiting at the red light. The footage shows the driver, who had violated the rules by speeding through the red light, colliding with the passenger minibus that had passed a green light. While no one was injured in the accident, there were no property damage.
"The accident happened because he jumped onto the road without following the rules."Ali Çakır, a shopkeeper in the area where the accident occurred, said, "The roads were wet. A driver jumped onto the road at a red light without obeying the rules, so the minibus couldn't stop. That's how it happened. There were no injuries or health problems. The shopkeeper intervened immediately. We took him to the corner. There are always accidents here. They changed the intersection because there are so many."
Zafer Baka, noting that there have been accidents in the same area before, said, "Accidents happen here all the time. A neighbor's child was injured here recently. Actually, if there was an EDS and a camera system here, it would be convincing. These accidents might not happen again."
