Minister Fidan discussed Gaza with his US counterpart Rubio

According to information obtained from Ministry of Foreign Affairs sources, Minister Hakan Fidan spoke with US Secretary of State Rubio on the phone.

The meeting focused on steps that could be taken to maintain the ceasefire in Gaza and ensure uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to the region.

Developments in Syria were also discussed

Issues related to the implementation of the Declaration of Intent signed in Sharm el-Sheikh were evaluated.

They also exchanged views on developments in Syria, issues related to negotiations on Iran's nuclear program, and the course of the war between Russia and Ukraine.
