Road condition bulletin published: Drivers, attention!

Between kilometers 0 and 11 of the Kaynaşlı Junction-Abant Junction section of the Anatolian Motorway, paving work will be carried out on the tunnel portal structure at the Bolu Mountain Pass (including the Bolu Tunnel) between October 13, 2025, and October 31, 2025. As part of this work, the motorway will be closed to traffic in the Istanbul direction between 10:00 and 15:00 on weekdays. Traffic will be diverted from the Abant Junction to the D-100 State Road, and drivers will be able to reconnect to the motorway at the Kaynaşlı Junction.
Construction of a bridge between kilometers 0 and 1 of the European Motorway (O-3) Kumburgaz Junction and Selimpaşa Junction, at the Kamiloba location, began on October 14, 2025. Transportation on this section will be provided in a round-trip mode from the other platform. Work will be carried out 24/7.
TRANSPORTATION IS PROVIDED IN AEGEAN, CENTRAL ANATOLIA AND BLACK SEA REGIONSAs of September 23, 2025, transportation between the 40th and 41st kilometers of the Silifke-Mersin road has been carried out under controlled conditions due to the works carried out within the scope of the Çeşmeli-Erdemli-Silifke-Taşucu Highway Project.
Construction continues on the Turquoise flyover junction between kilometers 44 and 46 of the Polatlı-Ankara highway. During this period, the Education Facilities Flyover and the Polatlı-direction interchange arms have been closed to traffic. Transportation is being provided via alternative routes.
Due to the BSM (Broadway System) works that began on the right lane, kilometers 3-8 of the Bergama-Soma highway, this lane has been closed to traffic since October 8, 2025. Two-way traffic is provided on the left side of the road. Drivers are warned to pay attention to traffic signs and signals.
The 23rd-28th kilometers of the İnegöl-Bozüyük-(Bilecik-Eskişehir provincial border) road in the Bursa-Ankara direction have been closed to traffic due to road construction since October 7, 2025. Transportation is provided in both directions from Ankara-Bursa.
As part of the superstructure works between kilometers 0-1 of the Karabük-Eskipazar road, transportation will be carried out in a controlled manner in both directions of the divided road and in the Kardemir Junction area, starting from October 13, 2025.
Drainage works have been carried out on the 43rd-45th kilometers of the Sinop-Samsun highway, between the Bafra Çetinkaya Bridge and the Bafra Tozköy Intersection, in the direction of Sinop, since September 26, 2025. Transportation continues in a controlled manner.
The Malatya-Sivas direction was closed to traffic between kilometers 36 and 40 of the Sivas-Kangal-Gürün junction road due to road construction work that began on October 10, 2025. Transportation is provided in both directions from Sivas-Malatya.
Finally, electrical and electronic systems maintenance and repair work is underway in the Çayeli Tunnel, located at the 43rd kilometer of the İyidere-Rize-Çayeli highway. Between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on October 15, 2025, the Rize-Çayeli tunnel will be closed to a single lane, while the Çayeli-Rize tunnel will be closed, allowing access via the service road.
