Cause of Starship explosion revealed

Elon Musk’s SpaceX rocket, called Starship, exploded and destroyed itself during a test flight last month. This explosion caused some flights to be rerouted and some planes to have to wait in the air before landing. Flights were delayed at Miami Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport. Fires broke out in the engines As a result of the investigations, SpaceX explained the cause of the explosion as fuel leaks and communication outages. Accordingly, approximately two minutes after Starship fired its own rocket engines to reach orbit, a flare was seen near one of the Raptor vacuum engines in the rear section of the vehicle. It was determined that continuous fires started due to the leaks and that all but one of the engines entered a controlled shutdown protocol, and eventually communication with the vehicle was lost. What was the cause of the fuel leaks? The company stated that the fuel leaks were “probably” caused by more vibration than they expected from the test, which caused high stress on the hardware in the propulsion system. The Automatic Flight Abort System triggered the destruction of the ship after the incidents. Did the Starship debris cause any damage? SpaceX claimed that all of the Starship debris fell into a previously designated Debris Response Area. The debris, which fell on the Turks & Caicos Islands in the Caribbean, was recorded by people in the area. Some social media users who were there at the time of the incident claim that the Starship debris damaged several vehicles. There were no reported injuries in the incident. Problems resolved Elon Musk's company reported that changes were made to the lines that send fuel to the Starship's engines, the temperature of the thruster was re-adjusted, and extra vents were opened to make the back side more resistant to leaks. In addition to these, a new cleaning system that prioritizes safety was added to Starship. Starship, which will be tested on February 28 , is scheduled to have its next test flight on February 28. SpaceX, which will test the rocket for the eighth time, will also observe the effects of its innovations. The test flight will take place at SpaceX's Starbase Manufacturing and Launch Facility in Texas.
