Profit doubles. Sygnity reports first-half results

The Sygnity Group's revenues increased to PLN 158.4 million in the first half of the year, from PLN 131.4 million a year earlier, the company said in a report.
"In the 6-month period ended June 30, 2025, the group achieved revenues from sales of products and services higher by 20.2% compared to the same period of the previous year," the report reads.
The most significant revenue group was implementation services , which accounted for 53.4% of the total revenue pool.
In the first half of the year, sales profitability reached 43.9% (an increase of 10.7 percentage points), EBITDA profitability reached 27.6% (+8.5 percentage points), and EBIT profitability amounted to 23.5% (+9.9 percentage points), the company reported.
Sygnity produces software for clients across various industries and the public sector. Since 2022, we have been part of the international Total Specific Solutions (TSS) group.
Sygnity's main shareholders are TSS Europe BV (72.68%) and Barca Global Master Fund (9.01%). Sygnity has been listed on the stock exchange since October 1995.
