Türkiye's 50 Most Influential CHROs Announced: Strong Representation from the Aerospace and Defense Sector

In this context, the list of "Türkiye's 50 Most Influential CHROs," prepared in collaboration with BMI Business School Istanbul and Exceptional Leadership Solutions and published in Milliyet Executive, has been announced.

The research evaluated top-level human resources managers from over 1,000 organizations in Türkiye. In addition to criteria such as turnover, asset size, number of employees, and industry reputation, candidates' performance, work experience, and contributions to the transformation of the human resources function were also considered.
Based on the Advisory Board's analysis and voting, Türkiye's 50 most effective CHROs were identified. This list further demonstrates the critical role that human resources leaders play not only in employee management but also in defining the strategic vision of their organizations.
