Police investigate gunshots fired at house and car in west London

London police are investigating after a house and vehicle were damaged by gunshots in the Fox Hollow neighbourhood early Monday morning.

Police received multiple reports of gunfire on Foxridge Crescent between 3:30 a.m. and 3:50 a.m., near Hyde Park Road and Fanshawe Park Road West.

There were no reported injuries, officials said.

"The London Police Service remains committed to ensuring public safety and reducing gun violence through proactive crime prevention, fostering community partnerships, and swiftly investigating firearm-related incidents to protect all Londoners," acting Deputy Chief Paul Reynolds said in a statement released to the media.

The investigation has been reassigned to the guns and gangs section of the London police.

There have been about a dozen shootings in London in 2025.

A suspect, possibly a man, was seen leaving a black sedan and firing multiple rounds at a home, and then leaving southbound from the area in the same vehicle.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have information in relation to this incident, or who may have been in the area of Foxridge Crescent and Tokala Trail between 3:20 a.m. and 3:55 a.m., on August 18, 2025, and have dash-cam, residential or business video surveillance, to contact the London police.
