Naomi Campbell Appears Stiff & Overly-Photoshopped on the Cover of Vogue Brazil

To commemorate 50 years of print, Vogue Brazil has been celebrating all throughout the year – with all twelve issues. Paula Merlo, who has served as editor-in-chief since 2018, has invited the likes of Alessandro Ambrosio, Camilla Pitanga, Adriana Lima, Daiane Sodré, and Irina Shayk to partake in the festivities. Up next on the cover of Vogue Brazil is Naomi Campbell, who graces the September 2025 edition of the magazine. The iconic Brit model takes to the lens of the photographic duo Mar+Vin for the occasion, with Rita Lazzarotti reporting for styling duties. In the portrait cover shot, Naomi wears a look plucked from the Chanel Fall 2025 collection.

“Thank you, next,” immediately declared caioherrero immediately upon checking out the cover.

“Naomi is fashion history but the character has eaten the model,” Gonzalo stated.

“I LOVE Naomi, but all her covers from the past five years have been really stiff, lackluster, and drab. I think we are seeing TOO much of her on covers and she’s losing the allure of being NAOMI,” voiced RanThe.

“The photography from Mar+Vin is bordering on AI here. So lackluster and flat. There’s no spark, no energy, no nothing here. I hate the green, the yellow, and the only element I like is the Chanel,” vogue28 shared.

Yet not everyone was so dissatisfied. “Finally, a beautiful cover worthy of an icon! I like this more than anything she’s done in recent years,” applauded aracic.

“Although profile covers are not my favorite, I really like this one. Naomi looks young in the photograph. I also like the color scheme, as with all their 50th anniversary covers,” chimed in MModa.
