Terminated AOK contract Social Court denies automatic participation in HzV successor agreement in Bavaria

Physicians who were enrolled in the previous AOK Bayern (AOK Bayern Health Insurance) contract will not automatically participate in the successor contract. The Munich Social Court has ruled this. Accordingly, their KV fees cannot simply be reduced by the number of HzV patients.
