The investigation carried out by the Lyon Organised and Specialised Crime Division (DCOS) made it possible to quickly identify the victim, a woman from Nantes .
When her body, which had several fractures, was discovered, "it was impossible to know whether it was a woman or a man," a police source told the local daily. The suspect, whose identity has not been revealed, has been charged with murder. The circumstances of the murder are not yet known.
