Bordeaux: air parade, fireworks, ball... everything you need to know about the July 14 festivities

Starting at 7 p.m., the City invites Bordeaux residents to picnic on both banks of the Garonne: on the Prairie des Girondins (opposite the Quinconces) and on the Allées Serr. Food trucks will be present. At 10:30 p.m., it will be time for the 20-minute eco-friendly fireworks display, produced by the Ruggieri company and fired from a barge on the Garonne opposite the water mirror. Please note: the stone bridge will be inaccessible to pedestrians and cyclists from approximately 10 p.m. to 11 p.m.

And then, before and after the fireworks, from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., the City of Bordeaux will offer entertainment, concerts, balls and DJ sets on both banks of the Garonne: on the Prairie des Girondins and the Placette de Munich in partnership with Dansons sur les Quais and on the Allées Serr in partnership with the Amicale des pompiers de la Benauge.
