How much money has the commune pumped into its companies? The amount is staggering

CEO salaries, supervisory board allowances, contracts with lawyers and many other fees, all of this means that the commune has to "pay extra" to the companies every year. We know what these costs are.
The Trzebnica commune, like no other commune in our county, is fond of creating companies. In theory, such action should bring benefits to the local government, but reality has verified these expectations. It turns out that the commune has pumped tens of millions of złoty into them, and the effect is very poor. Almost all companies generate huge losses every year. In order not to lose financial liquidity, the council, at the request of the mayor, adopts a resolution to recapitalize them. This is nothing more than "paying off the generated loss". So why does the mayor create and maintain companies that generate losses? There are several reasons.
First, the mayor appoints people to the supervisory board of each company. The members of the board receive allowances, so the mayor can reward his chosen ones in this way. A striking example of this is the fact that the secretary of the commune, Daniel Buczak, sits on the supervisory board of the water park. For the mayor's subordinate, this is an additional source of income. It is similar with lawyers from a law firm that has a contract with the commune. Its lawyers also sit on the supervisory boards of companies, for which they receive money.
Secondly, you don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to notice that company CEOs aren't chosen by chance either. Formally, they're appointed by the supervisory board, but opposition councillors have no doubt that every candidate is accepted by the mayor.
Thirdly, the company presidents who spoke to our newspaper after their dismissal said that even though they are responsible for the companies, every employment or expense must be agreed with the mayor. An example is the sudden employment of the chairman of the council Mateusz Stanisz at the water park. It recently turned out that Stanisz not only received a salary, but the company co-financed his private MBA studies at the now infamous Collegium Humanum. In February 2021, the company paid an additional PLN 5,200 gross for Stanisz's studies. Interestingly, the company's president Magdalena Ciesielska - Wojda informed us that no contract had been concluded with Stanisz, and the only document was an invoice issued by Collegium Humanum for Stanisz's "studies", which Aquapark paid for.
And it was precisely in this context, among other things, that disputes often arose between Marek Długozima and the given president. Moreover, presidents change in companies quite often. Some, when leaving, even received 3-month severance pay. ...
