May Day near Jawor

On Sunday, May 25, in the Palace and Park Complex in Handle Szklarskie, the "May Day under Jawor" will be held once again. This 9th Regional Review of Singing Groups and Traditional Dishes gathers supporters of traditions and customs, especially those from the Podkarpacie region.

The event will begin with a mass at 1 p.m., during which the musical setting will be provided by the "Michael" Choir from Kańczuga conducted by Hubert Hadro. From 2 p.m., competition presentations will begin - both May Day songs and traditional folk songs (19 presentations) as well as dishes based on groats and soup (9 stands). At 5 p.m., the "Kompanija" Song and Dance Ensemble from Boguchwała will perform a concert. The event will end with a dance party with the "Pandas" band. We encourage you to visit Hadle Szklarskie!
