Slow Food 2025

For the fourth time, the Agricultural Education Center School Complex in Oleszyce invites young culinary enthusiasts to a unique event – the National Gastronomic Competition "Slow Food 2025", the final of which will take place on May 20, 2025 at the school's headquarters at ul. Zielona 1.
This year's edition of the competition is held under the slogan: "Sweet groats - tradition in a modern edition". Young chefs from all over Poland will face a difficult but inspiring task - preparing a plate dessert using organic buckwheat groats in one of its versions: roasted, unroasted or in the form of flour.
The aim of the event is not only to develop the culinary skills of students of culinary schools, but also to promote the idea of "Slow Food", healthy eating, regional traditions and the use of natural, ecological ingredients.
