Breguet celebrates its 250th birthday with a new, unique Tradition Seconde Retrograde 7035

To celebrate its 250th anniversary, Breguet presents the limited edition Tradition Seconde Rétrograde 7035, a watch that combines the art of watchmaking with a modern approach to aesthetics. Here is a spectacular enamel dial and a movement inspired by the invention of Abraham-Louis Breguet himself.
As Breguet shows, an anniversary is not only an opportunity to celebrate, but also to redefine one's values.
The House of Breguet , one of the oldest and most prestigious watch manufacturers, has presented a collector's item, the Tradition Seconde Rétrograde 7035 , as part of its 250th anniversary celebrations.
The watch, a reinterpretation of one of the first models of the Tradition line, is the embodiment of world-class watchmaking. Better hurry up with your purchase - only 250 pieces are available!

The main distinguishing feature of the new model is its dial made of flinqué enamel – used for the first time in the Tradition collection. This is an effective technique that combines transparent enamel and hand-guiloché on gold.
The dial design, called " Quai de l'Horloge ", was created especially for the brand's anniversary and combines modern aesthetics with the traditional technique of hand-made guilloché. The result? Hypnotizing depth and subtle shine that changes under the influence of light.
An exclusive gold case and a design rooted in historyThe watch case is made of the brand's patented 18-karat "Breguet Gold" - an alloy with a characteristically warm color. Its classic proportions - 38 mm in diameter and 12.6 mm in height - and typical Breguet side fluting, refer to the 19th-century designs of Abraham-Louis Breguet.

The heart of the watch is the self-winding calibre 505SR movement, equipped with a retrograde seconds hand. It is distinguished by a hammer rotor , modelled on the historical perpétuelle system, which Abraham-Louis Breguet introduced at the end of the 18th century as one of the first solutions for automatic winding.

Tradition Seconde Rétrograde 7035 is a watch for true enthusiasts. Limited to a series of 250 pieces, it will initially be available exclusively in the brand's boutiques. Price? $51,200.
