Wojciech Stachowiak signed a contract with Tampa Bay Lightning, the winner of the prestigious Stanley Cup in 2020 and 2021. The hockey player born in Gdańsk began his career in the local Stoczniowiec. As an 11-year-old, he left for Germany. It is no wonder that he represents our western neighbor on the international stage. In 2023, he achieved the greatest success of his career when he won the world championship with the German national team.

Stachowiak has already played overseas. In 2017-2018, he could be seen in the junior league of the USHL. For the Central Illinois Flying Aces, he scored nine goals and nineteen points in thirty-eight games.
