Lagos: Curcumbia and MUNAY make up the program of the Concerts in Chain at LAC

LAC – Creative Activities Laboratory , in Lagos, hosts the third edition of the Chain Concerts, on Saturday, May 17, with Curcumbia and MUNAY.
Curcumbia is a multicultural band formed by seven members with five different nationalities (PT, AR, CL, IT, BR) and was founded in 2020 in the city of Porto. The mission of this collective is to spread joy and emotion through Cumbia, a traditional rhythm born in Colombia that has spread throughout Latin America.
According to the organization, “their concerts are an energetic explosion, irresistible and suitable for all ages.”
MUNAY is a DJ from Angra do Heroísmo, Azores, and is characterized by mixing calm and atmospheric sounds with soft rhythms, creating a relaxing musical journey.
Doors will open at 9pm and concerts will begin at 9:30pm.
The entrance fee for the Chain Concerts is 10 euros for the general public and 7.50 euros for LAC Members/Friends, with the right to a drink (beer, juice or water).
For students, the cost is five euros (including juice or water), and entry is free for children up to 12 years old.
