Two lists will present themselves in the Desportivo de Chaves elections

Bruno Carvalho is not running again for the position he has held since 2011, but a list of continuity appears, headed by his father, Francisco Carvalho, the businessman who invested in the club 14 years ago, preventing it from closing its doors in a situation of insolvency. The current vice-president of the board has a support movement called “Chaves is Passion”.

The “Juntos pelo Desportivo” movement had already appeared, led by Otávio Borges, a former futsal player for the club and a businessman, aged 51. On social media, the candidacy presents itself as a group of members “who believe it is important to renew the club”,
