Do banks, Pix and TED work on the Corpus Christi holiday?

Bank branches throughout Brazil will be closed this Thursday, the 19th, due to the Corpus Christi holiday, according to the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban) . Customer service will return to normal on Friday, the 20th, in cities where there are no municipal or state holidays.
Bank compensations, such as Electronic Transfers Available (TED) , will not be carried out on Thursday. Pix , however, will operate normally. Self-service rooms may be released to customers, but this is at the financial institution's discretion.
The National Monetary Council (CMN) , linked to the Central Bank of Brazil (BC) , establishes bank opening hours through resolution no. 4,880 of 12/23/2020. This rule excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as business days for the financial market.
With the suspension of bank clearings on Thursday, payment of bills and utility bills, such as water, energy and telephone, will only be processed from Friday onwards, if the city does not have municipal or state holidays.
Febraban states that bills due on June 19th can be paid until the next business day.
