Arrested for abusing her five-year-old son

In a statement, the PJ explained that the investigation began after an anonymous complaint was sent to a structure for the protection of children at risk, which then forwarded it to the competent entities.

“Once the investigations began, it was discovered that the victim had been the target of significant sexual acts carried out in the residence where they both cohabited,” said the PJ.

The time period in which the alleged abuses occurred has yet to be determined, he added.

The detainee, who has no criminal record, was present for the first judicial interrogation and was prohibited from contacting her children, including the one who allegedly suffered sexual abuse.
