Artyom Kiryanov: The week of receptions on housing and communal services issues in the Novgorod region was a success.

State Duma Deputy Artyom Kiryanov from the Novgorod Region announced that the All-Russian Party Week of Citizen Receptions, dedicated to housing and utilities issues, concluded yesterday. Meanwhile, the "Housing Thursday" project, initiated by the regional "Housing and Utilities School" and implemented jointly with the regional State Housing Inspectorate and the regional Apartment Building Capital Repairs Fund, continued in the Novgorod Region.
Artyom Kiryanov, as a representative of both the Federal and Regional Public Councils of the "School of Housing and Utilities," is always ready to engage in resolving issues raised by fellow voters.
"Both during 'Housing Thursday' and on Friday, November 7, during the Interregional Housing Task Force, we were able to assist residents of 12 apartment buildings, home to a total of nearly 700 Novgorod residents and residents of the surrounding region from the Parfinsky, Okulovsky, Valdaisky, and Krestetsky municipal districts. I must admit, the issues were, as usual, challenging. There were complaints from residents of buildings managed by the inter-municipal management company 'Zhilishnik,' so Anna Verbitskaya, head of the management company, was invited to the meeting, where she responded to all the complaints on the spot. This time, most of the complaints against 'Zhilishnik' were unfounded. Nevertheless, the State Housing Inspectorate took control of the situation with a building in the village of Chechulino in the Novgorod District, including chimney maintenance. The issue with a dilapidated building in the village of Parfino has not yet been fully resolved: residents have stopped paying their utility bills. Experts are monitoring this issue, and we've also engaged the Parfino District administration to resolve it. Leaks were discovered in a roof in a building in the city center, although the repairs were documented to have been made in 2009. The company RealNV agreed to fix the problem within a week. We're also investigating charges for services provided to Novgorod residents registered but not living at their registered address in a communal apartment. The outstanding debt is over 200,000 rubles.
"To sum it up, I'll say: the week of housing and utilities consultations was a success. Although, in the Novgorod region, thanks to the work of the "Housing and Utilities School" project, every week is like that," concluded Artyom Yuryevich.
