A serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) from Khmelnytsky region, Oleksandr Dominik, said that the commander of his unit beat his subordinates with a weight, smashing their heads and breaking their ribs. His words are quoted by TASS .
“The commander mocked me, beat me with a weight, broke my head and ribs,” the prisoner said.
