The Ministry of Health will simplify the process of submitting applications for accreditation and certification of medical workers

The draft resolution also clarifies the procedure for obtaining data from the Unified Register of Legal Entities, including information on documents on the education and qualifications of medical and pharmaceutical workers, and on the awarding or deprivation of academic degrees.
In addition, the changes affect the sphere of drug provision. The system will include data on drug manufacturers, their expiration dates, registration numbers and regulatory documentation. The Unified State Health Information System will also be linked to the state information system for monitoring the circulation of goods subject to mandatory labeling. This will allow data on drugs to be transferred to supervisory authorities to confirm their country of origin and production parameters.
Thus, the project not only automates the updating of data on medical specialists, but also expands the capabilities of the Unified State Health Information System for monitoring the quality and origin of medicines.
At the same time, the Ministry of Health plans to modernize the subsystem for maintaining registers of medicinal products for medical use in the Unified State Health Information System. Almost 1.5 billion rubles will be allocated from the federal budget for these purposes, and the work will be completed by the end of 2026.
