HC Rostov lost to Molot. The match took place on November 8.

The opponents opened the scoring in the 12th minute. The attack on the Don team continued after that. A second goal was soon scored against the Rostov team. The home team scored a third goal in the 44th minute, and a fourth in the 45th. In the 50th minute, the Rostov team conceded a fifth goal. Rostov was unable to recover before the end of regulation time.

Next, the Don team will play against Toros on November 10.
