Voronezh's Buran Loses to Kristall in Test Match

Voronezh hockey club Buran suffered a 2:4 defeat from Saratov Kristall. The game took place on Friday, August 22, on the ice of the Yubileiny sports complex and was the team's third friendly match in preparation for the new season.

In the first period, the only goal was scored by Kristall forward Semyon Barinov, opening the scoring in the sixth minute. In the second twenty minutes, the home team tied the score thanks to Alexander Kovalev, but soon the visitors took the lead again: Zakhar Polshakov scored in the 25th and 27th minutes. Another goal for the Saratov team was scored again by Semyon Barinov in the 31st minute.

In the middle of the match, Buran defender Malik Alishlalov scored a goal against the visitors in the 34th minute, reducing the gap in the score. The third period passed without any scoring actions, and the match ended with a score of 2:4 in favor of Kristall.
