Trump's Flash Statement! Powell Must Resign Immediately

Trump shared the news on his Truth Social social media account that US Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte called on Congress to "investigate Powell."

US President Trump said in his post: "It's too late. He should resign immediately."

In a written statement, Pulte called on the US Congress to investigate Powell due to her "political bias" and "misleading statements during the Senate hearing she attended."

Pulte, who alleged that Powell lied about the $2.5 billion Fed building renovation, said it was a clear example of abuse of power.

US President Trump has targeted Powell many times for being "late in lowering interest rates".
