Ever since Kerstin Friedrich's book "The Bottleneck-Focused Strategy," we've known that every company always has a bottleneck somewhere. I personally enjoy working in marketing —and there, the biggest bottleneck is usually not creativity or ideas, but almost always the marketing budget.
