Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance: What chances would there be of challenging the election?

The BSW narrowly missed out on a place in the Bundestag and is considering a legal complaint because of the hurdles to postal voting from abroad. The chances of success are foreseeable.

Election nights are nights of numbers, it's about winning and losing, about percentages and mandates. The most bitter number of that night after the federal election was 4.972, which can be said regardless of party political preferences. With 4.972 percent, the Sahra Wagenknecht ( BSW ) coalition failed to clear the five percent hurdle. Another number: 13,435 votes were missing to enter the Bundestag. In sports terms, that would be the blink of an eye.
