Casteljaloux: The Hôtel du Lac is up for sale for over 2 million euros

It comprises 28 rooms, an air-conditioned seminar room, a restaurant, a bar and a five-bedroom villa

Opened ten years ago by Béatrice and Ameen Bandenavaze , the Hôtel du lac de Clarens was put up for sale on November 2nd, according to the latter. The owners are asking 2.2 million euros for the 3-star establishment, which comprises 28 rooms, a seminar room, a restaurant, a bar and a five-bedroom villa with a garden.

The living area is 1,450 m².

For the time being, no offer has been made, says Ameen Bendenavaze.
