The president of SAD, Francisco José Carvalho, highlighted the positive impact of promotion to the Campeonato de Portugal. “It is very important for the development of Chaves and for the sustainability of the club, as it allows continuity for young players who come from the juniors, so that they can grow in the senior team, and then reach the A team”, he says, as has already happened throughout the season with half a dozen players, such as Melro, Brice and Ushindi.
