Russian mass shooting leaves 15 injured in Kiev

Russia will send Ukraine a document with its conditions for ending the invasion launched in 2022, after the record prisoner exchange with Kiev, scheduled for Sunday, the head of Russian diplomacy announced today.
“As soon as the exchange of prisoners of war is completed, we will be ready to transmit to the Ukrainian side the draft document that the Russian side is finalizing,” Sergei Lavrov said in a Foreign Ministry statement.
According to Lavrov, the text “sets the conditions for a sustainable, comprehensive and long-term settlement” of the conflict in Ukraine .
Kiev was the target of several Russian drone and missile attacks last night and early morning. Several people were injured in different parts of the city. One person was injured after being hit by drone debris, seven people were injured in an attack on a residential building that started a fire and another five were assisted in another attack on a nine-story residential building, local authorities in Kiev reported, cited by the Kyiv Independent .
In total, 15 civilians were given medical care, some of whom were in shock. The full extent of the damage is still being assessed and authorities admit that the number of casualties could rise.
