DONETSK, August 23 - RIA Novosti. Units of the "Southern" group of forces destroyed a Finnish armored personnel carrier XA-180 "Pasi", the Russian Defense Ministry reported. "The XA-180 APC, also known as "Pasi" - a modern Finnish armored personnel carrier used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, was spotted moving across open terrain. The armored personnel carrier was damaged and immobilized by artillery fire. After that, the target coordinates were transmitted to the FPV drone crew, which finally destroyed the armored vehicle," the report said. The department added that in addition to the destroyed APC, the UAV crews also hit a Ukrainian Armed Forces light vehicle, which disrupted attempts to rotate and deliver food and ammunition to Ukrainian Armed Forces units.
