Finally! The tourist melexes have started their journey from the Market Square to Zniesienie.

Tourist melexes, which will comfortably and ecologically transport tourists (and locals, in short: anyone who wants to) from the Market Square to the Przemyśl Fortress Command Center in picturesque Zniesienie, are a new offering from the Przemyśl Sports and Recreation Center. The idea even has its own slogan: "Effortless access to the Fortress, adventure by melex!"

"Our goal is to provide tourists with an easily accessible view of the Przemyśl Fortress Command Center, as well as the toboggan run and chairlift, which operate on weekends. We understand that the location of the command center may not be suitable for everyone without a car. I'm referring to the elderly or those with limited mobility. Walking to Zniesienie is no small feat, and our electric golf carts will not only transport visitors there for a small fee, but will also provide an unforgettable experience along the way."

What can you expect from a melex ride? It's an approximately 18-minute journey, during which passengers will have the opportunity to hear about the history of Przemyśl and the Przemyśl Fortress, legends and interesting facts about the city, and admire charming alleyways and the city skyline.

The ticket price is 15 PLN. There are seven seats in the vehicle. There are no specific departure times. The Melex vehicles are designed to accommodate those who want to travel. If there are two or three of them, they will also take them on the trip…
