The company grew with… storks. Its boss funded a new nest for them

This story is not sensational. It is not full of blood or sweat. However, it can certainly bring tears to many eyes, because today, when the world rushes and there is no room and time for such beautiful reflexes, it is all the more necessary to talk about them loudly. The head of the company "Multi-Form" from Przemyśl, Tomasz Skórka, saved a pair of... storks.

There had been a stork nest on Zielińskiego Street in Przemyśl for at least 30 years. In the same place, on one of the electric poles. A few weeks ago, a boom lift from PGE arrived and its employees removed the nest. At the request of one of the residents of this street, who must have been bothered by it. In mid-March of this year, a pair of storks appeared. The same ones that had been inhabiting the nest for years. Opposite the pole is a store of the company "Multi-Form".

– We thought that when the stork flew in and saw that the nest was gone, it would look for a new place. Meanwhile… It was clearly worried. Whether it was sunny or raining, it diligently and laboriously tried to rebuild the nest. It brought branches of various sizes, started to braid them on cables, and they fell. Then the female flew in. She was sitting on a lamppost and was banging her head against it in some kind of frenzy. It was incredible. We had never seen anything like it. We decided to act. We wrote a letter to PGE on behalf of almost all the residents of this street, who were very outraged by the whole situation.
